Getting Permission to Export

At the time of installation, your battery system is not connected to the grid. GRID will notify you when it is time to turn on this permission, and the steps to take to do so. Do NOT make this change until GRID staff has confirmed it's time to turn on. This will be once your system has been approved by your utility.

Maintain Air Flow Around Battery System

It's important to allow air flow around your battery system via the fan vents at the bottom and top of each battery. You can also wipe your battery's fan vents every 6 months with a clean, damp cloth. Questions? Reach out to us.
